土压平衡盾构施工的关键是将开挖下来的土体在压力仓内调整为“塑性流动状态”，即渣土改良，可以有效降低刀盘扭矩和盾构推力，减小刀具磨损，提高掘进效率。目前常用的改良剂有水、泡沫膨润土和聚合物，大部分渣土改良主要采用泡沫和膨润土。近年来，在参考国外施工经验的基础上，国内逐渐采用“泡沫剂+泥岩分散剂+水”的渣土改良方法。泥岩分散剂有着优良特性，如分散性、渗透性、剥离性，能够增强渣土的粘滞性，改善刀盘的工作环境，增加土仓的密封和便于渣土的运输。因此，泥岩分散剂技术的应用代表着渣土改良的发展方向。

It can enhance the viscosity of the slag, improve the working environment of the cutter head, increase the sealing of the soil chamber and facilitate the transportation of the slag. Therefore, the application of mudstone dispersant technology represents the development direction of soil improvement.

2 产品成分（Product Ingredients）

本产品由高分子聚合物，除粘剂，强力渗透剂和稳定剂等成分组成，能够直接快速渗透到粘泥胶团中，阻断黏土内部膜质层，形成松散的错位结构，同时借助结合剂和活性剂的作用，有效改良渣土，降低刀盘扭矩和盾构推力，减小刀具磨损，提高掘进效率。

This product is composed of high molecular polymer, detackifier, strong penetrant and stabilizer. It can directly and quickly penetrate into the clay group, block the membrane layer inside the clay, and form a loose dislocation structure. At the same time, with the help of binder and activator, it can effectively improve the slag, reduce the cutter torque and shield thrust, reduce tool wear and improve excavation efficiency.
