添加量:根据钻井液的具体情况,一般添加量为钻井液总量的0.5%~2%。

添加步骤:
l 油层降粘:将本药剂与一定温度的钻井液或清水配制成1%-10%的水溶液(比例可根据现场需要进行调配),用泵车从油管或油套环空注入,然后注入钻井液或清水。
l 井筒降粘:将药剂与水配制成一定浓度的水溶液,从套管环空定期定量泵入,通过抽油泵的作用,使原油和药剂得到充分的混合,达到降粘开采目的。
l 掺水降粘:在掺水泵出口加一台注药泵,按掺水量的0.5%连续挤注药剂,达到降粘开采目的。

Adding water to reduce viscosity: Add a drug injection pump at the outlet of the water injection pump to continuously inject chemicals at 0.5% of the amount of water added to achieve the purpose of reducing viscosity of mining.
