首先将高粘性土分散剂按照分散剂:水=1:1的比例在搅拌条件下配制成分散剂溶液,搅拌时间大于5min即可使用。其次,将配置好分散剂溶液分次注入已经结泥饼的土仓中,首次注入量为3t,然后每隔半小时转动一次刀盘以利于分散剂和土体的充分混合。8h后每隔2h注入0.5t分散剂溶液,直至注完为止。24~48h后,开始慢慢推进,将土仓渣土慢慢排出即可。分散剂也可用于预防盾构刀盘和土压力仓的结饼,使用方法为将分散剂配制成20%的溶液,然后在推进过程中连续注入土仓即可。
